UPDATE: So what we had previously thought might have just been a free Devo show is indeed something much larger. The lineup now includes pretty much something for everyone. Just make sure to try to get to this one early as it is in Times Square and will just be absolutely insane.
We're definitely excited about this one, which should be a career spanning performance by the cult icons. This is part of the CBGB Music Festival in October andmore details will be announced in the coming days. Mark your calendars though for October 12th.

Dr. Jennifer Newell is curator of Pacific Ethnography. Her particular interests are in material culture and the relationship between Pacific Islanders and their environments. Her major research project explores climate change and cultural change in the Pacific.
Tina Stege is a liaison for the Marshallese Educational Initiative, a non-profit which raises awareness on issues affecting Marshallese in the US as well as the islands.
