Nothing is boring about this race—especially not the new Pier 2 Brooklyn Bridge Park location (see Google Maps) of the Pre-Party presented by New Balance. The Pier 2 pre-race festivities will be right on the water, with amazing views of Manhattan! The Pre-Party presented by New Balance’s new venue includes five acres of recreational space; basketball, handball, shuffleboard, and bocce courts; and a roller-skating rink. The Pre-Party is easy to access via public transportation.
Join us Wednesday through Friday (May 14−16) to pick up your race materials, and stay for a beer, a snack, and great entertainment. All official Brooklyn Half apparel will be sold exclusively at the New Balance pop-up store. Comfy cottons designed by Brooklyn’s own Ouigi Theodore to sleek athletic apparel for race day will be available. Fitness classes will also be available.
