Prolific Biomedical Inventor, Serial Startup Founder and
MIT Institute Professor Robert Langer to speak
at New York University

On January 29, 2016, the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute will host Dr. Robert Langer for a fireside chat at the Silver Center, where over 200 students, researchers, faculty and staff from the NYU community will gather to hear from the most-cited engineer in history.

Dr. Langer — who holds over 1,000 patents worldwide and has co-founded over 30 startups — will speak to the NYU community how he and his graduate students and postdocs have become a fount for turning discoveries made in the lab into a range of commercially successful therapeutic, diagnostic and drug delivery companies.

Frank Rimalovski, executive director of the Entrepreneurial Institute, will interview Dr. Langer about how he cultivates an entrepreneurial culture in the Langer Lab, which has created biomedical technologies that are estimated to have touched lives of over two billion people across the world.

Kindly RSVP here to attend the event and we would greatly appreciate your help in spreading the word to your colleagues and students.

The event is hosted by the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute and will take place on Friday, January 29th at 10:30 am at the Silver Center, Hemmerdinger Hall, 31 Washington Place, NY.
