The 82nd annual Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting will take place tomorrow, December 3, from 7pm-9pm at Rockefeller Plaza between 48th and 51st St, between Fifth and Sixth Ave, and thousands of people are expected to attend. The infamous tree, an 85 foot Norway Spruce, will have over 30,000 twinkling multi-colored LED lights and will be topped by a Swarovski star.
Every year, the entertainment is stellar and this year is no exception. Featured scheduled guests to perform in the star-studded show include: Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Cyndi Lauper, Seth MacFarlane featuring Sara Bareilles, Idina Menzel, Pentatonix, LeAnn Rimes and Trisha Yearwood.
