Three people get the ride of their lives tonight as they launch to the International Space Station at 4:25 p.m. ET / 20:25 UTC. You can watch on NASA TV beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET at http://www.nasa.gov/nasatv.

Their mission is set to launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. They will have a six-hour, four-orbit ride to the station’s Poisk docking compartment inside the Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft.
